We’ve concluded another successful ARchitect User Forum — and are already looking forward to next year’s event!

Hundreds of AR pros convened virtually to learn from analyst relations (AR) success stories, discuss trends, network, and hear about the ARchitect product roadmap and ARInsights’ vision. Focused on “The Expanding Scope of AR,” the event examined the volume and breadth of responsibilities tackled by AR pros today — who not only interface with analysts, but also often manage customer reviews, relationships with non-analyst influencers, event planning, project management and a whole lot more. Plus, as analysts, AR pros and businesses at large continue to experiment with generative AI, there’s certainly more change for AR workflows on the horizon — and we’ll be here to explore it with you, help you exploit new technologies, and drive greater productivity and business results.

A special thank-you to our inspiring customer speakers at the event: Alyssa Gilmore of Bloomberg (in conjunction with our partner Beth Torrie of Torrie Communications), Jeanna Blatt of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Maryanne Coughlin of PwC and Henry Chalian of T-Mobile. (On-demand replays of their presentations are below.)

As ARInsights strives to meet and exceed your analyst relations and B2B influencer management needs, and keep you future-ready, we also shared recent business milestones and traction at User Forum 2023, including:

  • Expanding ARchitect database: Our core, searchable database — updated regularly — now has more than 11,000 analysts and other B2B tech influencers from 1,600+ firms.

  • Exploding Analyst Portal usage: More than 2,700 analysts (including 400+ from Gartner and 400+ from IDC) at over 500 firms have registered to access vendor portals. These digital destinations, hosted by ARInsights, provide secure access to vendors’ briefing presentations, event materials, product data sheets, recent news and more — with AR pros able to easily view engagement data.

  • New offerings: We unveiled new and interactive analytics capabilities, powered by Microsoft’s Power BI, the leading business intelligence platform. It’s easy to visualize your AR data in more flexible and high-impact ways to help turn insights into action. In addition, a new interface and expanded functionality in ARchitect Projects — and our new Project Manager module, with customizable templates — help you manage project workflows more efficiently.

  • Other recent enhancements: There were lots of great additions to ARchitect this year! We added an AI assistant to ARchitect Emailer, added customer review data to Premium Content (content tracking), released an integration with Slack and more. And we revamped and redesigned our website — making it even easier to access and discover great AR content and resources.
