As ARInsights’ CEO, Howard drives strategy, oversees the executive team and is responsible for company growth. Prior to ARInsights, he served as COO of Flipside Crypto, a pioneer in blockchain data analytics. He also served as CEO of WordStream and president, CTO and COO at C Space. With his technical background in computer science and software engineering, and expertise in customer-centered strategy, Howard plays a key role in building customer-focused products and directing company vision. Throughout his career, Howard has also held board positions and been involved with non-profit organizations in the local Boston area, including Boston Cares and Boston Scores. He holds master’s and undergraduate degrees in computer science from Boston University and Binghamton University, respectively.

Crystal is responsible for full lifecycle client development. She works closely with clients to understand their requirements, support product implementation and provide ongoing relationship management. Prior to joining ARInsights, Crystal was sales operations manager at an electronic block and algorithmic trading platform that is now part of FactSet. With a diverse background in operations and deep understanding of CRM solutions, Crystal takes a unique approach to identifying business challenges and crafting easy-to-implement solutions for large and small client organizations. Crystal earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Francisco and also attended the City College of New York, working toward a Master of Arts in international relations. She lives in California with her family and enjoys spending time with her young son and lovely corgis, Ratchet and Clover.

Dan leads ARInsights’ global sales organization and is responsible for listening to customers to drive customer acquisition and retention. Prior to joining ARInsights, Dan spent 18 years leading sales and consulting teams at C Space, an agency focused on building customer-centric businesses via online communities and deep qualitative research. Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego. He has three sons and can often be found coaching soccer or basketball on the weekends.

Anthony leads ARInsights’ product management and UX design team. This includes directing and overseeing the product/feature conceptualization, requirements gathering, and design phases of the software development lifecycle, as well as translating business objectives into a product roadmap for ARInsights’ software solutions. Anthony has over a decade of product management experience, building world-class enterprise SaaS products. Prior to ARInsights, he worked in product management at Blackbaud, the leading software provider exclusively dedicated to powering social impact. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and hospitality/tourism management from the College of Charleston and currently resides in the Charleston, South Carolina area with his family.
