Executive team

Andy leads strategy and vision-setting for the company and oversees all aspects of the business. A SaaS industry veteran, Andy brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth and scaling operations at market-leading companies. Prior to becoming CEO of ARInsights, he led marketing for Salesforce Interaction Studio, the leading real-time personalization platform formerly known as Evergage. He served as CMO of Evergage for six years prior to its acquisition by Salesforce in 2020, and played a critical role driving rapid growth, brand awareness and category leadership. In his career, Andy also held executive leadership roles across functions at successful software and technology companies including Brainshark, Theikos, Virtusa, edocs and Kenan Systems. Andy holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Brown University.

Chris leads ARInsights’ engineering team and technical operations. This includes directing and overseeing the product development, management and roadmap for ARInsights’ software solutions. Chris has more than two decades of technology and leadership experience, building world-class enterprise SaaS companies. Prior to ARInsights, he served in numerous leadership positions at Brainshark (now part of Bigtincan) – starting as the company’s first engineer and culminating in his tenure as CTO, where he led the engineering organization for over a decade. Earlier in his career, Chris worked at multiple internet start-ups in senior software engineering roles. He holds master’s and undergraduate degrees in computer science from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and Stonehill College, respectively.

Crystal is responsible for full lifecycle client development. She works closely with clients to understand their requirements, support product implementation and provide ongoing relationship management. Prior to joining ARInsights, Crystal was sales operations manager at an electronic block and algorithmic trading platform that is now part of FactSet. With a diverse background in operations and deep understanding of CRM solutions, Crystal takes a unique approach to identifying business challenges and crafting easy-to-implement solutions for large and small client organizations. Crystal earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Francisco and also attended the City College of New York, working toward a Master of Arts in international relations. She lives in California with her family and enjoys spending time with her young son and lovely corgis, Ratchet and Clover.

Ed has overall responsibility for customer acquisition, customer retention and revenue growth. He also enjoys helping to organize the annual ARchitect User Forum. Prior to joining ARInsights, Ed worked for Sun Microsystems for 10 years in various account executive roles across many lines of business, and experienced the significant impact that industry analysts have in technology buying decisions. Prior to Sun, Ed spent 13 years with MicroAge primarily in the role of business development director, growing the company’s VAR channel. Ed earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Arizona State University. He volunteers his time through various activities for the elderly and the poor, and supports the Arizona Boston Terrier Rescue.
