Since its founding in 2004, Shashank has led ARInsights to become a reliable source of information and software for analyst relations professionals. In his role, he sets the vision and the strategy of the company and manages its operations.Prior to founding ARInsights, Shashank was the CEO of Sage Circle Group Inc. a software and services company funded by BV-Cornerstone Ventures and a Managing Director at the Parthenon Group. A career management consultant, Shashank has a proven track record of managing companies for profitable growth.Shashank started his management career at Bain and Company after graduating from the graduate school of business at University of Chicago. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
John leads the design and development of the ARinsights product line, focusing on good engineering practices and software quality. With about 25 years of development experience, he has come to understand the processes that lead to high-quality software and happy customers. When he’s not hacking away at a keyboard, he has been known to go running, play poker with friends, or make some furniture in his workshop. John graduated from Cornell University’s School of Engineering and currently lives in Middleton, Massachusetts with his family and their dog Ruby.
Crystal is responsible for full life-cycle client development. She works closely with clients to understand their requirements, support product implementation and provide on-going relationship management. Prior to joining ARInsights, Crystal was a Sales Operations Manager at an electronic block and algorithmic trading platform that is now part of Portware LLC. With a diverse background in operations and a deep understanding CRM solutions, Crystal takes a unique approach to identifying business challenges and crafting simple solutions for large and small client organizations. Crystal graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics focusing on Legal Studies. She also attended the City College of New York working towards a Master of Arts in the field of International Relations. She lives in NYC with her lovely corgi Ratchet.
As Vice President of Global Sales, Ed has overall responsibility for customer acquisition, customer retention and revenue growth. He also organizes the annual ARchitect User Forum. Prior to joining ARInsights, Ed worked for Sun Microsystems, Inc. for 10 years in various Account Executive roles, responsible for all lines of business. During his tenure at Sun, Ed experienced the significant impact that Industry Analysts have in technology buying decisions. Prior to Sun, Ed spent 13 years with MicroAge, Inc., primarily in the role of Business Development Director, growing MicroAge’s VAR channel. Ed earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Ed volunteers his time in various activities for the elderly and the poor, and he supports his wife in dog rescue.
