Happy Holidays
It's hard to believe that another year is coming
to an end and we are poised to welcome in 2012. This year continued to present
economic challenges and hardships to businesses. May the coming year bring us
all a healthier economy and business environment.
Like many of you, it has been a busy year for us. We added and enhanced many
ARchitect features. Our Analyst Emailer now has opens and click-throughs
tracking and support for embedded images.Significant improvements were made to
the firm profile, firm finder, and firm custom reporting. We launched our
Analyst Research Monitoring service. The ARchitect Add-in for Outlook 2010 was
released and we improved ARchitect's performance globally. We hired an
additional staff member to increase our customer service and training capacity.
And last but not least we held our fourth annual user forum in Palo Alto. Our
plans for 2012 are equally ambitious.
