Analyst Photos on your Smart Phones with Outlook Add-In

goldman Picture this!

You can use ARchitect to easily add a contact to your Outlook by clicking on the "Add to Contacts" link on the upper right of the analyst profile page. This Outlook contact will include their address, phone, email, and information you may have added to the private section. However, it does not include their photo.

If you are using the Architect Add-In for Outlook 2007, you have an added advantage. Your Outlook will create a contacts group based on the analyst groups you have placed on your dashboard. This contacts group will have the most current analyst information and you can synchronize their photo.  Contacts in this group may also be moved into your standard contacts list.

Now synchronize your Outlook contacts with your smart phone. If you get a phone call on your Blackberry or iPhone from one of the analysts in your group, their photo will be displayed on the phone. You might also set a custom ringtone to alert you to a call from a key analyst.  Other smart phones may also be enabled to show photos and do custom ringtones. This allows you to quickly know it is one of your key analysts calling.

If you have not yet downloaded the Outlook Add-In, please click here to get started.
Happy Holidays!
redstars It's hard to believe that the year's end is only a couple of weeks away and hopefully we can turn the page on the economic challenges of 2009 and look forward to a stronger economy in 2010.

It was a challenging year for businesses including ARInsights, but we remained stable and continued to improve ARchitect by adding many enhancements and features, several of which were suggested by our customers.

The highlights: the 2007 Outlook Add-in, the integration of robust new briefing book capabilities, enhanced reporting abilities and the addition of the social media directory. We also provided several training webinars based on best practices. And hosted our third annual Users Forum in Las Vegas.

We have ambitious plans for 2010 as well. Have a happy holiday season, thank you for your business and we look forward to working with you next year!
