The  second annual User Forum was held in Orlando in conjunction with the Forrester Technology Leadership Forum.

Sunder Sarangan, Infosys, shared why his organization believes it is critical to track metrics and to measure AR performance. 

Dave Eckert, AR Consultant, showed how to use ARchitect to easily gather operational and performance data to track and report metrics.
