Welcome to the February ARInsights newsletter. This communication is offered to our valued clients to provide an in-depth look into ARchitect™ and its many features and user benefits.

This newsletter contains an ARchitect Best Practice, a proven method on how to utilize ARchitect to maximize efficiency. The Best Practice will help to increase your familiarity and usability with the product.  Also included is the Most Active Analysts, a list of analysts by industry, receiving the most attention in the ARchitect User Community.

If you have questions regarding this month's featured content please contact Tricia Cooper at 720.231.2950.

Six Habits of Highly Effective ARchitect Users

   - Start ARchitect whenever you start your computer and leave it running all day (If an application is running constantly, it is easier to get in the habit of using it.)

   - Develop a set of Analyst Groups that facilitates quick access to your analysts. (Setting the Default Analyst Group on your ARchitect home page increases the convenience of using the application.)

   - Do data capture every day as it happens. (Doing a single interaction can take as little as one minute. The longer you wait, the more interactions have to be entered and the easier to postpone interaction capture "until you have time.")

   - Capture future interactions. (One of the best values of ARchitect is giving everybody visibility into future interactions.)

   - Keep the title and description short and sweet. (Minimizing the verbiage will make interaction capture feel less like a lot of work and prevents procrastination.)

   - Create a single interaction for a group of analysts, not multiple individual interactions. (This decreases the amount of work required.)
