New Interaction Page Format!

Beginning November 5 when you log-on to ARchitect there will be a new interaction page format. The new page increases user efficiency through easier navigation. Much of the redesign was based on input from our customers.  To help you become familiar with the new page we are offering training sessions that will highlight the page and incorporate best practices for managing your interactions. Creating Simple Future Interactions

Documenting past interactions provides your team members with important information and a history of analyst activity. Creating a future interaction allows others to see what you have planned. The two combined are rich information sources and are especially valuable to teams that are organizationally or geographically distributed.

New Interaction page

  1. Begin by entering the interaction in the same way as any other interaction
  1. Select the date that the interaction will take place by over-typing the default date or by selecting the future date from the pop-up calendar
  1. Begin your description by indicating the interaction is planned and stating the objective
  1. Add analysts, attachments and other information as needed
  1. Save your new interaction
  1. Future interactions appear automatically on your dashboard calendar
  1. To better see these future interactions on the analyst profile page select future interactions or set the display for a certain number of interactions, such as 25.
