Save
time: Log Interactions Immediately
It
seems obvious but do you do it? Save
yourself the time and headache of trying to remember the details of an
interaction in retrospect. ARchitect™
functionality allows users to quickly and easily add an interaction.
Simply click on the "add
interaction" button and record the activity, discussion, content and
perceptions as you conclude your interaction. It
will be automatically captured and stored in the analyst profile for easy
reference. You are one click away
from an accessible archive for what was said, to whom and when.

Powerful
Interaction Reports
You've
entered your interactions religiously, now for the payoff. As
an ARchitect™ user you have the ability to create complex reports with
comprehensive information or a simple report that tells you at a glance what
you need to know. You can select
from several prebuilt reports or you can run a customized report to meet your
specific business need.
To
run a report detailing your interactions
follow these 6 steps.

On your ARchitect™ home page go to "Relationship" tab
·
Click on "Interactions: Find & Report"
·
Click on "Clear Filters" button
·
Set the time period and select initiator -- your name
·
Click on "Report Fields" button-select "list view" tab for a list of Interactions (default settings in "Report Fields" box are fine for this example)
·
Click
on "Run Report" to view results
